I. Sandwich panel: 100-150mm, U value 0.22-0.15 W/m2K II. Wooden light structure: 180-230mm, wall and roof structure, U value 0.21-0.14 W/m2K. III. Steel profile structure: 170-220mm, wall and roof structure, U value 0.21-0.14 W/m2K IV. SIP panel system: from 164mm as required, U value from 0.2, W/m2K.
/for comparison, the U value of the B30 brick +6 cm DRYVIT is 0.49 W/m2K/
CLOSURE: Plastic windows and doors with 2 or 3 layers of glazing, 8 air chambers frame, available in a choice of colours. Wooden doors and windows are available as an option. The size and quantity of the openings are chosen by the customer.
CHASSIS AND FLOOR LAYERING: (can be modified on request):
I. Steel chassis, 220mm. II. OSB 15, treated, vapour barrier. III. 100mm, with rock wool insulated heat reflector. IV. OSB 22 floor. V. LiteG sound and thermal insulation 3mm. VI. Infra heating film with vapour barrier. VII. Laminate flooring or waterproof VINYL cladding.
